Berea Municipal Traffic Court Records

Traffic cases are legal proceedings on a citation or ticket issued by law enforcement for the violation of the state's traffic laws (R.C. Chapter 4511). All traffic cases in the City of Berea and surrounding regions for which the Berea Municipal Court holds territorial jurisdiction are adjudicated by the court.

Traffic cases are public records in Ohio. Interested persons can search the Berea Municipal Court Case Information portal using the defendant's name, hearing date range, attorney state ID number, and community name. Individuals can also view and obtain copies of traffic case records in person at the Berea Municipal Court Clerk's Office.
